Question “Ben, which one is better ah, Nikon or Canon?” This is the most common question asked by so many people when it comes to a DSRL camera. Well to be honest i did ask this question before. My friend Rithzal N. bought a Nikon D40 recently with 6.1 MP. I tried the camera and see no much difference compare to my Canon physically.

However the main question here is, Which Brand is the BEST? Nikon or Canon?? What if i say, The best Brand is Konica Minolta or Kodak Digital Camera?Or even Panasonic? or maybe Sony? I bet you won’t Listen. Why? Because i am simply an Amateur and i KNOW nothing about DSLR camera or the Brand. Right? well don’t mistaken me ya, am not mad to anybody yet lols… Oh well, just put it like this ok. If i were to ask you which car brand is the best? What will be your answer? I can pretty sure you will say… Honda also good…Toyota also good, BMW also good, Merz also good, BUT not Proton ok!

So there you go, you can’t even give me a firm answer to that easy question right? So let us get back to our main topic. So now you still want to ask me Which one is better right? Nikon Or Canon? if this Nikon and Canon are human being i’ll ask them to fight to see who is stronger or better in SKILLS.

This subject is very subjective, some people love Nikon and some people a die hard fan of Canon, As a photographer, we want to get the best Camera and equipment that we can afford to have. But have you ever wonder what is the main reason “you” being a photographer? Yes,You want to take the greatest photo!

You don’t become a photographer to Show off your equipment to anybody, We just simply want to take a good photo with our DSLR camera. Does’t this answered the question we normally ask? if not then let me continue.

Did you ever ask yourself, if you DSLR camera which cost you like USD5000.00 can take a great photo for you? The answer is NO. Your Camera can never take a good photo for you! Why? because we are the only person who will use the camera to take photo, So, No matter How much is you camera cost, What type of brand you are using , it doesn’t guarantee a good photo if you don’t know how to take photo.

Oooops, but now if you ask me which one i prefer with the two brand i’ll say Canon, because i owned one what. So i won’t say i prefer Nikon…otherwise i’ll regret buying my Canon :P.

Just bear in mind, even Point and shoot camera can produce a great photos! you just have to know what type of photo you want to shoot. Creativity and a good imagination will really help when taking photos.

The conclusion, people will always mentioned about Nikon and Canon because this two Brand was there like so many years ago. I can simply say the company are purely about Camera and nothing more than that! So people have faith and trust with the brand name.

i believe congratulation should in order for Nikon and Canon. There is no doubt each camera maybe vary when it comes to photo quality, however you don’t need a super expensive camera to get a great photos! that is more important for you to understand, If you just wanted to have at least one DSLR camera, below list should be enough for you.
