Thank you very much to you Daniel and Olivia, we had one of the very best experienced working with you guys, the heavy rain during the shoot at Gayana island never bring us down, instead we keep going and continue with the shooting until the rain start to pour heavily… it is such a great memory that me and the crew will never ever forget.

that was my first time going  to Gayana Eco Resort. i have to say it is  a nice place to visit…with eco friendly enviroment and breath taking view … this is a must visit resort in kota kinabalu. well if you are a beach lover than i beleive  you are going to love  gayana eco resort.

Ring ring ring! well that’s how we get to know each other, at first ameris email me for my promotion but decided not to take my promotion rate instead opt for another package, and clement call me and we start discussing about the pre wedding session in kota kinabalu. at first i have to cancel my first plan due to the condition of the location.

But, it turn out to be different,  i have to change my plan and render my visual imagination as fast as i can. you must be wondering how the result look like? don’t worry will share the pics in a bit. hey Ameris and Clement, you guys really can laugh and all the funny things happened on that day are priceless. it was a blessed day for us.

the best things, we get, cloudy sky, threathening cloud, dramatic cloud, rain, and big wave! lovely and the result are totally awesome.

Time to update my blog and fill it with more pictures. congratulation to Clare and Joseh, you guys are totally fun to work and no words can describe how happy am i working with you two. the relationship doesn’t just stay as a client but we become a good friends! and that’s totally cool guys.

sorry that i didn’t give you guys a preview on the spot right after of your wedding day finished..cause i don’t have internet connection. Anyway, thank you very much for giving me the trust to photograph you guys for your pre wedding and actual wedding day! and best of all, you booked me 19 months before your wedding! i have to say you plan your wedding carefully.

Back from Manila Philipines!

one of my aim this year to attend a photography Workshop or seminar or whichever that suit my needs! and yes jerry ghionis finally held his 1st time seminar at Makati Philipines. he is named by American Photo magazine as world top 10 Wedding Photographer and top 5 weddding photographer by WPPI and he is one of my idol in wedding photography.  his work are totally amazing! i just can’t stop looking at all his images posted at his blog specially his award winning images!.

It was a 1 day seminar and jerry tried his best to deliver as much information , yes he did it!  i really enjoy the session very much!, This is my first time attending a photography workshop and i have to say, i learn a lot from him thank you very much jerry!

I might be going for another workshop next year…. but i’m yet to decide who and which workshop.. it is very important for me to choose the right person to learn from..as when i attend a photography workshop i was not there to learn how to shoot like them but i want to learn other more valuable  information, such as, how to light your subject, how to pose them correctly and paying attention to every details on the subject… that is the most important factors for me and of course his work that will always make me WOW .

sorry to say that, i am not going to share any pictures of the model on that day, because i was there not to shoot but to learn from jerry, so i refrain myself from taking any photos during that seminar… so that i can pay attention 100%.

Other than meeting jerry ghionis, i got the opportunity to meet another idol, Yay! he is non other than Lito Sy, an award winning photographer from philipines. it was really nice to be able to meet 2 of my photography idol at the same time! you both are such an inspiration to me!  thanks for sharing with me some great information lito.

Yay!, i thought jessica claire was married before? ! lols sorry sorry for being so judgemental. Anyway, Congratulation to you jessica! was browsing at your blog today..and finally you decided who is your wedding photographer ! for those who don’t know who is jessica claire, that is because you are not into wedding industry business…:)

Well just a short intro,FYI,  jessica claire is one of  my favorite wedding photographer, her works and her photos quality are always top notch and jaw dropping! her pin sharp images and crispy pics always make me wow! being a photographer herself, i bet she must have a tough decision to make lols! and i understand that…but finally, she decided to take Jose Villa as her wedding photographer and the main reason?

My priorities for my photographer were:

1. that he/she be someone whose work I looked at and LOVED
2. that he/she love shooting the kind of wedding we are having
3. that I be confident that he/she photograph Jeff and I to bring out our best qualities both physically and in allowing us to show our relationship in front of the camera
4. that I be able to look at the wedding photos and know undoubtedly that he/she did the best job with our day that could be done

there you go! i can’t wait to see your picture on your wedding day jessica! congratulation once again!

Congratulation leon & erin! your new journey as a marriage couple has started! I photographed Erin and leon for the first time for their pre wedding and it was my first pre wedding session and i’m blessed with a great wheather and sunset, for those who missed my very first pre wedding shooting Click here.

I had my tears fall.. on your wedding day erin, all the moments in the church really touch my heart…i can’t just forget about it…the tears, the love, the smiles, the laugh..are so memorable… working with you guys are totally fun, i enjoy all the hospitality, and the food during your wedding are totally awesome! i love the Fried Chicken! juicy and tasty! and not to forget all the gorgouse girls at our table they are all totally funny!.

Anyway since my internet connection has not been restored yet, i can’t really update my blog..regularly..sorry guys…been busy nowadays..lots of work need to be done. This post gonna be quite long.. there will be a total of 30++ photos in this series… my friend always asked me to post more photos, so to fulfill their long pending request, here it is!
